Tile Stone Earrings | Sandstone, Epidote, Aventurine, Volcanic Ash

Alison Jean Cole travels the West in search of beautiful rocks in nature. She takes large chunks of rough material to cut into slabs on a really big rock saw, then the shapes are trimmed out of the slabs on a smaller rock saw. She uses successive grits to polish each stone by hand on a rudimentary faceting machine. The result are these gorgeous, unique and one of a kind pieces.

This pair of tile stone earrings features Sandstone, Epidote, Aventurine, and Volcanic Ash stones and hangs on 14K Gold Filled drop posts which have a loop clasp on the back side. Stone measures about 1" wide and earrings are about 2" long.
